PRESS RELEASE – Do you know what it means to step outside your comfort zone?
On March 29th, the BVI community is invited to attend TEDxRoadTown where remarkable speakers will take centre stage for thought-provoking presentations under the theme – Throwing Out the Box.
Organisers of the event have scheduled this signature conference to take place at BVI International Arbitration Centre located in Ritter House from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
“TEDxRoadTown offers a unique opportunity for people to come together to stir ideas and generate discussions that strive to encourage and challenge us. We are thrilled to have produced a roster of speakers who aim to enlighten, stimulate dialogue, and intellectual exchange to uplift our community,” said Abigail O’Neal, Organiser and Licence Holder.
Launched in 2009, TEDx is a programme of locally organised events that bring the community together to share a TED-like experience.
Some of the best talks from TEDx events have gone on to be featured on TED.com and garnered millions of views from audiences across the globe.
TEDxRoadTown is comprised of a group of professionals who desire to have their community become part of the greater TEDx community.
They all have a favourite TED Talk that has changed their lives in some way.
