It looks to me that as some of you all eyes open and your feet hit the ground you out looking to stir up trouble.

Did you find out if Ravi is a British Virgin Islander or belonger? I stand to be corrected but he could very well be a born British Virgin Islander as I worked with his father for decades at the then Cable & Wireless before he retired and migrated to the US.

Cha man! Go and find something constructive to do, instead of stirring up controversy.

Who really sits and make these decisions? In the other caribbean islands you are on more than one island within a territory and here in VI it is always a problem. In Tortola you downsized your space and now you want to not have a location in VG. you guys are making enough money to hold a small office over there. This is not going to work for all persons.

I understand the challenges that this pandemic has caused. But to reduce the VG branch to strictly online is not in entirely in our best interest.
We have a name and a face to connect with when we experience challenges with our internet and phone services. Most times the bill payment online does not work, and we must make an appearance at the retail store. It is also easy to drop off our modems for servicing or replacing. I assume the company considered all these scenarios, but sometimes I wish when providers are making these decisions, they would first get some feedback from their loyal customers. I feel forced to go with the FLOW of this decision. I do not like this.

So is Lisa going to loose her job during this difficult times? Just one employee and she is being layoff. Sad

  8. Sand says:

Am I hearing right that Lisa on lay-off no way she is one of the nicest staff I have ever come across. If you flow ever have Lisa on lay-off everyone of us VG customers will be going on lay-off with her. No Lisa no flow on VG.
