How many more dead youths before you regulate this machine. The youths here are reckless, disobedient sons of the land. Their minds are corrupted by too much commercialism and the fallacy of good life in the fast lane. We have a weak family base, weak educational system – we are spawning weak youths.
Please do not be so quick to pass judgement on this particular accident. Let us wait until the official report comes out.
it is a caucasian, what youth? So quick to type without facts
What planet do you live on? Dos Santos is not a Caucasian name! Also, what does someone’s ethnicity have to do w/ someone being killed on island on a scooter? Just dumb!

Everything is blamed on the systems within our country. The most important system to blame is “PARENTING”. This institution has gone to the dog’s. Parents not teaching their children right from wrong. Discipline and respect must first be taught at HOME!
One thing I know for a fact is that the BVI got some of the worst drivers on earth. One of the highest accident per capita rate on earth.
Stop chat wa yu dont know bout. Pray for the family and shut up!!!
The driver of the Jeep is sitting on the wrong side of the vehicle.
When you drive on the left, the safest vehicle is a Right Hand Drive. Most people here are driving the wrong type of vehicle.
