Tola Radio, Cindy Rosan part ways… again
It seems media owner Cindy Rosan has parted ways with Tola Radio’s Morning Braff radio show, where she has been a co-host for some time now.
Residents at home and abroad usually tune in to fiery discussions between Rosan and Tola Radio’s owner Floyd ‘Heritage’ Burnett, who usually discussed politics and current happenings in the territory.
However on yesterday’s airing of the Morning Braff show, Heritage announced that Rosan has decided to end the partnership due to some comments made on the show that she feels may jeopardize her business and even her life.
However, Heritage said those comments he made on his show were not directed at Rosan.
He also said he doesn’t believe those comments could have endangered Rosan, adding that her controversial opinions and interactions with the country’s leaders during her time on the show are the likely cause of any backlash she is facing.
“I don’t know how we have severely hindered your credibility or put your life in any kind of danger. I thought the statements you have made over months could have done that. Your behaviour towards the Premier and various things to even hinder the business — I thought those things would have done that. None of them have but somehow discussing a special interest UK group has?” Heritage said to listeners.
This is not the first time Burnett and Rosan have parted ways. The last dispute between the two ended in a lawsuit, which was later discontinued after an amicable resolution.
In August 2023, Burnett also parted ways with his co-host Dameon Percival amid backlash Percival was facing over public funds raised to save his house from foreclosure.

Pray for the deliverance of the BVI. I stopped listening to that man months ago. Sometimes he is on and sometimes he is off as if under some sort of posession and it is poor Rosan who had to try and tell him to stay levelled. Now, he cannot even protect and defend the same woman who has contributed to his business. When those are the words he has to say, then this justifies the decision. A poor example for all young men. Unfortunately, a true representation of the majority of ungodly men in this sick country. Time for the toxic show to come to and end but not against anyone who continues to support the nonsense. He cannot be trusted. I saw that months ago.

Actually it was Floyd who led like 2 people to protest the vaccine and 5G or some stupidness like that. Cindy and the Penn girl are heroes for fighting against corrupt leaders

She had her own platform and show. Why wait until her partnership with him falls apart to appreciate her contributions? If you want to appreciate her. Where is the support for other platforms that Heritage is not a part of? BVIslanders love to have someone to hate and blame in order to feel good about themselves.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I doubt that Ms. Rosan has ever claimed to be a media owner. I suspect that was an error of the person who penned the news item.
She is a local media personality and, from what I’ve seen and heard from her, a first-rate incisive reporter.

Exactly! It’s called modern day journalism! Those cell phones are now the brick and mortar, desk, computer, file cabinet n camera crew! Shes actually a great journalist. Her writing is at times a little over my head, but the girl is smart and great at what she does.

Just like the Premiere did when he referred to her as an ANGRY black woman! He spoke out against her viciously degrading her because he couldn’t handle the questions she was asked by the PUBLIC to address. She needs anger management because she did a little debating with him while attempting to get legitimate answers? NO ONE came to her defense on that, including her MALE CO-host! That’s shameful!

TBH I think this shows who is bought and paid for.
Heritage was wrong to make those suggestive comments multiple times. As a friend and a co-host I would of felt offended.
Either way we hope they can work things out, they’re definitely a dynamic duo in media.

I’m sorry it has cone to this. I really like Cindy on that show. She is intelligent and level headed. Heritage believes in conspiracy theories and any comments against u.k and the governor. Cindy looks at the situations intelligently. I actually think Cindy is a better host than a cohost. She and Hetitage used to argue too much. But whenever she was there alone she did a splendid job. Hope that he can find someone to join him. Wishing Cindy all the best.
I think she is the best one for the show she knows what she is talking about.
