Armed and dangerous | ‘Small Brent’ wanted for murder
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has issued an urgent call for public assistance in locating John Dawn Emmanuel, also known as “Small Brent”, who is wanted in connection with a recent murder in the territory.
Emmanuel is considered extremely dangerous and should not be approached. Police said he is also linked to serious crimes, including kidnapping, extortion and multiple murders across Trinidad and Tobago and other parts of the region.
“This individual is considered a serious threat to public safety and should be considered armed and extremely dangerous,” the RVIPF stated.
According to the RVIPF, Emmanuel may still be using the identity Brent Dain Danglade and could have travel or identification documents under that name. Authorities are warning the public against assisting or sheltering him in any way.
“Assisting an offender is a serious criminal offence, and anyone found to be harbouring, facilitating, or otherwise supporting this suspect will face the full force of the law,” police warned.
While police have not publicly confirmed that Emmanuel is being sought in relation to the recent murder of Nyron Erickson, who was gunned down near Big Ben’s Gas Station on May 10, BVI News understand that four other individuals have been held for questioning on suspicion of murder as investigations continue. Their identities have not been officially released by the RVIPF.
In the meantime, Police are urging residents to secure their homes, vehicles, and vessels to avoid potential access or use by Emmanuel. “Members of the public are being urged to lock and secure their vehicles, boats or vessels, and homes to reduce opportunities for victimisation or their properties being accessed or used by this individual,” they added.
Law enforcement agencies locally and internationally are collaborating to locate Emmanuel. “The RVIPF is actively pursuing all leads and continues to work with other local, regional, and international law enforcement partners to locate and apprehend this individual,” the RVIPF stated.
Residents with any information are asked to contact the RVIPF Intelligence Unit at 368-9339 or Crime Stoppers at 800-8477 (TIPS) or overseas at (284) 800-8477.
“The public is again strongly advised not to confront, approach, or assist this suspect under any circumstances,” police warned. “Your safety is our priority. Please allow trained law enforcement officers to handle the situation.”

Doan wrry
Criminal who eliminates other criminals. Who smuggled him into the BVI???
It seem like anybody or anything can just enter and exit the bvi at will with little to no obstruction from law enforcement. We always catching people in the place illegal or when they get catch usvi you got to hear is bvi they passed through first. Yet you rarely see any of the local boat captains getting in trouble or any real jail time over it. Making it a viable business and it will only continue to get worse. Nobody getting in trouble for transporting, housing illegals or giving them work. It don’t seem like much investigation or effort goes into finding the local people who facilitating it and making money from it. If you can transport people in and out easy why stop there why not transport guns and cocaine and piles of cash and hit men while you at it. If we really serious about fighting crime in this place start with putting more effort and resources into securing our borders; without doing that it will be an endless futile battle with no results. The police complaining about money to buy vehicles to patrol with nobody studying them, the dpp complaining sayn her office don’t have enough money to hire good people nobody studying her. But we got money to give vybz kartel somebody who’s music promotes violence/crime who just got off a murder charge himself over a technicality and making statements like we really committed to fighting crime whenever a murder or robbery happen.
For releasing this quick info for the public’s help unlike your predecessors who withheld previous information
This is the main reason why the BVI shouldnot gain Independence!
WB BRING THE KILLER INTO THE TERRITORY SLIP UP AND DID NOT KNOW HE WAS BRINGING IN THE KILLER TO TAKE HIM OUT. I AM NOT FROM THE BVI AND NOT INTO ANY TYPE OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. PEOPLE TRAVEL TO THE BVI INCOGNITO. MEN HAVE GOTTEN INTO THE BVI DRESSED LIKE A FEMALE FROM HEAD TO TOE AND PEOPLE WOULD SWEAR ITS A WOMAN.DOES TIME FOR THE BVI TO HAVE FINGERPRINT MACHINES TO SCAN EVERYONE THAT IS ENTERING THE TERITTORY BY AIR OR FERRY.
Where was this energy for the murder for all the other victims???
West Bank may have been mixed up in the criminal world but his killing is a high profile killing. This guy practically ran Tortola like BH was running Tortola before he got taken out of the game. Only difference is West Bank took the game to a higher level. When the street give you power and you start disrespecting the code of power the power will destroy. Speaking of disrespect Chris Brown knew the UK had a warrant out on him and he go to the UK and was arrested, bail denied and have to sit in Jail until June 13th to see a judge. Why would one go somewhere when you know that place put an arrest warrant on you?
Ah yes trash bank push the government and police into ova drive!!
Let’s see what’s songs playing at festival this year from our premier who “hates crime” lol
